almost birthday

I can't believe september was my last blog! I hope to use this as a place to put regular notes/thoughts. I've gained weight. I'm not very active. I want to jog & do 5k road races. I've cut out motivational quotes. I've made a poster to start measuring health improvements {muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, etc} I'm thinking i will get base measurements for everything tomorrow. I usually just want to lose weight and get discouraged w/the scale. I want to change my life so i hope to widen my scope and see improvements over several different areas so hoping to stay encouraged and pursue my goals more diligently, eagerly, etc. We have the wii set back up. I've used that some. the days are getting longer so that is encouraging. Feel better in mornings just havingit light now and better leaving work while sun is still up. I have to go to work tomorrow. I should've done stuff today...maybe i still will. there is plenty of day left.
