Imagine that...it actually worked

I stated before I was gaining weight this past week because I wasnt following the plan.
I wrote down everything I ate and drank yesterday and low and behold I woke up a pound lighter. lol I know its prob just water weight but to see the scale move down is a positive outcome and motivation to keep doing good today! yay for me!
I set up a monetary/gift reward system for myself in increments of five pounds weight loss. That seems achievable and not too difficult. small things like nail polish or a book etc.
Ive started this weight loss journey many times before but this road seems different and hopefully this path will take me to my destination of good health and healthy body image. :)
