finally starting to track my food

Well, I have actually GAINED weight since joining spark people BUT ITS ALL MY FAULT not the site or support because I havent been serious about my goals or tracking them.
I finally printed out sheets that list my meals and snacks and made about a weeks worth and stapled them together. Now when I eat something I write it down and I have NO EXCUSES! I can throw it in my purse and take with me to work etc. So, when I dont have access to a computer I can still track my progress!
So far I am only writing down my calories and each week I will add a catagory like fat etc. and I write down my weight and date. I want to be able to go back and look at my week when I lose or dont lose and see what is or isnt working.
I have been struggling so long and I am so proud of myself for finally starting to do this! Yay for me! Yay for spark people for the support! Thank you!
