"ME-Time"

Here is what I will do for MEself this week:

Get a "MEssage" (massage)
Take some "ME time" to work out
Track my food that I put in ME mouth
Watch what I put in ME mouth
get some ME-ditation time
Give some of ME to others- always makes me feel better

So I have listed some ME things for the week. Now I will put ME tushy in gear and do it! no more MEssing around!
