187 this morning! I'll take it. It should be higher, the way I've been eating the last two weeks.
I talked about re-committing in my last blog, but didn't do it.
So, now's the time.
I had Coach Dean's blue oatmeal for breakfast, which is always good. I have to go to a study group at 11, and I suspect there will be food. No idea what. I'll take a protein bar and plan to grab a sandwich at Subway after. Hopefully that will keep me on course.
Took out chicken for dinner. Not sure what I'm going to create with it. Probably baked chicken breasts. I bought some quinoa I haven't tried yet.... and a veggie or two??? Maybe...
