187 this morning! I'll take it. It should be higher, the way I've been eating the last two weeks. emoticon

I talked about re-committing in my last blog, but didn't do it. emoticon So, now's the time. emoticon I had Coach Dean's blue oatmeal for breakfast, which is always good. I have to go to a study group at 11, and I suspect there will be food. No idea what. I'll take a protein bar and plan to grab a sandwich at Subway after. Hopefully that will keep me on course.

Took out chicken for dinner. Not sure what I'm going to create with it. Probably baked chicken breasts. I bought some quinoa I haven't tried yet.... and a veggie or two??? Maybe...

    I know how your feeling..from the 17th-23rd I ate so badly that I went from 162-168 (crazy amount of water weight). I've been back on track since the 24th and I have also restarted the shred, have my meal printed and planned for the week. Best of luck to you and great planning..it can make all the difference in the world.

    It's good to plan to have a snack with you in case all you're surrounded by is sweets. Enjoy the chicken. -- Lou
