Food on the Brain

I reset my weight goal last week, before I started the newest 5% Challenge, and it upped my calories everyday. My plan was to stay in the low to mid-range just in case I didn't get in the correct amount of fitness minutes. I don't know if I was playing a mental game with myself, or the thought of being "allowed" extra calories, I have been close to the top 4 of the 7 days...yikes!
Today I did better. I started with my morning banana berry smoothie. A breakfast that I used to have at least 5 days a week. It has a good amount of protein, fiber, and fruit so it is pretty filling. For lunch I had the nachos from the Nutrition Tracker. Dinner was a fabulous Roasted Tomatoes and Red Bell Pepper Soup. I found the recipe on Supercook.com. It took just a few minutes to cut everything up, 40 minutes to roast it all, and then maybe 10 minutes to blend it all together. I let it cool for a couple of hours before dinner time. A serving of crackers, Laughing Cow cheese, and a Skinny Cow Truffle bar rounded out the meal. Now if I can just get through the rest of the night without snacking I am well within my goal for today.
I have one more day of cardio and am already 150 calories over my weekly burn goal. I will definitely get in the fitness minutes this week, but am still concerned about weigh in tomorrow. The extra calories in are a concern. Last time I adjusted my weight goal, and added additional calories, I hit a plateau where I lost and gained the same 3 pounds for 6 weeks. That was before I started strength training though.
No use stressing over it. The scale will be whatever it is going to be in the morning.
