# BLC, MOCHAS CICO CHALLENGE

This is a tracking blog only. It's just record-keeping. You can comment if you want, but don't feel like you have to. This is just a place for me to keep track of this challenge... Just so you know, I will be coming back here & updating it as I go along in the challenge. Again, this is just my own personal record-keeping in a pretty handy place for me.

Now for the CICO CHALLENGE...

Here is how you will earn points EACH DAY Friday through Monday:

Track every bite = 5 Pts.
Burn more than you eat = +5 Pts = 10 Pts.
Burn 500+ more than you eat = +5 Pts = 15 Pts.
Burn 1000+ more than you eat = +5 Pts = 20 Pts.

IF you get 20 pts EACH day of the challenge you earn a BONUS of 20 Pts.. Making the TOTAL POSSIBLE POINTS = 100 Pts.

IF you do this all 4 days.. you SHOULD have lost over 1 pound in just those 4 days.

It is TIME.. TIME TO LOOK HONESTLY at WHERE we want to go.. and what we are doing.. and what we NEED to do to get where we want to be. WE CAN DO THIS!!

(Note: if you have had a professional measure your BMR you may use that. IF you are a nursing mom, you may add 500 calories to your Sparks BMR. Otherwise, using Sparks is an easy way to estimate.)

This is a NO EXCUSE back to basics challenge! Let us FOCUS and BE AWARE and MAKE THIS WEEK COUNT! And lets start BY COUNTING THOSE BURNED CALORIES! GO MOCHAS!!
