Ok for this challenge we were to create a bootcamp workout, atleast 50 min. I just sortof laughed & said WELL I want be getting the points this week so I need to work extra hard so I atleast help out w/the weight loss.

Challenged me, well challenge MET! I walked/jogged the
for the 20 minutes that I was suppose to & I was so close to a mile I KEPT GOING!! Anyway 24:36 min. later, I walked 1 mile!!
I've NEVER did that b/f. No It might not be the BEST time, but that's not what I was going for. That really made me think," OK what's stopping me from doing this challenge?" ((ME!!)) I was the ONLY thing in my way.
*No I don't normally workout for that long at once!
*No I didn't think I could DO it!
*No I really didn't have that much time!
**YES, these are ALL EXCUSES!!
I could atleast create one & attempt it. Well I couldn't really imagine what I was going to do. I workout at home so options are limited. I do have a WII, exercise tapes, an air stepper & a kettlebell (more important, an imagination!) So I did it!
I did Leslie Sansome 1 mile w/3 lb. hand weights (15 min)
Next my air stepper (25 min.) w/7 songs from my playlist
every other song w/
((rest 1 1/2 min))
Then Leslie Walk/Jog 1 mile (9 min.)
And finished w/kettlebell WARM UP (5 min) that's a workout in itself. LOL
and workout (1) Danskin Now still with
Yes I was tried
but surprisingly to me the excitement was more overwhelming then the tiredness. I was so PROUD of myself!!
It may not be as hard to some people but WE have to remember WE are ALL on different levels. WE are individuals! We can't keep up w/everyone else. It is GREAT to challenge ourselves but don't over do it everyday so we don't get burnt out & quit on ourself.
But it is FUN once in awhile!
