I really can actually see the relief on your face that you have discovered that learing how to "eat right" is a whole lot different from a "diet". I have discovered through much of my research and issues with other family members' health issues just how much sodium all of us Americans have been consuming all of our lives, and how that, in itself, is responsible for so much high blood pressure and obesity. If you can monitor your sodium carefully and keep it below 2000 mg daily (if you already have high blood pressure, 1500 mg is better) you will find much better results, and you will feel much better too. It's not as easy, but you'll become much more creative in cooking too.
