Ok...I splurged this morning and had not 1 but two donuts! That's right! I had a celebrational couple of donuts and they were fabulous! I have been working so hard and doing so well with the healthy changes to my food intake that I figured I deserved it. Now, the key is to keep right on moving with the healthy changes after having those two super tasty treats! Mmmmmmm...donuts!

    You will notice from the tag on my signature that "I am stronger than the donut!" and that is a temptation that I am happy to have finally overcome. I sometimes have a "virtual donut" when I go by them in the store, but so far I've done ok!

    The trick is now to keep on track and don't let all your success turn the other way! It looks like your mind is in the right place and you are all set, so keep it up!!
