Stretch:

Treadmill Run:
5 minute warm-up walk, starting at level 3.5 to 4.0
6 minute run at 5.7
1 minute run at 6.7
6 minute run at 5.7
1 minute run at 6.7
6 minute run at 5.7
1 minute run at 6.7
6 minute run at 5.7
1 minute run at 6.7
2 minute run at 5.7
Cooldown walk 4.0-2.5

Stretch 5 minutes
