Starting the Stress Busting Challenge

I just joined the Stress Busting team so I could participate in the 4-week stress busting challenge. I took the quiz and it said I might have "some stress". I feel like I either have a lot of stress, or I am just very poor at handling the amount that I do have b/c I feel stressed constantly. Here's hopin' this challenge can help me out!

    You can do it, Lauren! My nutritionist says to make the rest of your life so great that your stressors have less/little influence on you. She's really (really) young, but I think she makes a good point.
