I keep putting off eating right, like its ok if I don't eat well today, because there is always tomorrow. I need to get on track and live in TODAY. I know that every little thing counts, I'm not sure why I haven't been as motivated lately. I don't know about everyone else, but eating right goes in cycles for me, i might have a couple of great weeks then a couple of terrible weeks. Suggestions?!

    You are not alone, I have really struggled as well. What has been working for me is making a meal plan a week ahead of time. Then I look at the plan a day ahead to make sure it what I want to eat and modify if I don't. Some days I add a treat in just so I don't feel like I am punishing myself.
