Trying to get back in the swing of things...Help!

I am finally back to logging my food and exercise (if I get any that is). On a positive note, I finally got back to TOPS again. I hadn't been since October, because of my Mom and my jobs. However, my 1st weigh-in last week, I had only gained 1 pound. I was like "I'll take it". After the holidays and the stress I have been through...gladly take it. My husband will be getting my new treadmill put together, so I WILL BE LOGGING MORE FITNESS MINUTES...I PROMISE. Hopefully, my blood sugars will come down as well as my weight. I am in need of some motivation and encouragement. All will be GREATLY appreciated!!

    i am feeling a bit like that myself at the moment re the motivation and inspiration infact nearly quit the oher day(read laszt two blogs)but i am here and have joined a the virtual5k today as well as starting to do the fast break again to give me the added inspiration.well that is what i am hoping anyway.glad your mother is still hanging in there and it is really great that you only put a lb back on,way to go i am proud of you.look forward to reading your blogs again.keep up the good work. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    You can do it! Just logging your food and exercise is an important start- and so is getting back to TOPS. Gaining just a pound in the time you were away is great- maybe not great that you came back with a gain, but great that it was only a pound! Small steps will get us to goal. Keep up the good work!

    Getting back on the horse (or treadmill in this case) is a great feat!
    Keeping track of what you put in and out in the trackers is a great way to see how you are doing and to find out what you want to change for the better. All your efforts should payoff in controlled blood sugars which makes you feel better all around. Keep building on your good decisions and you will reach your goals.

    Take one step at a time and take one day at a time.
