Trying to get back in the swing of things...Help!

I am finally back to logging my food and exercise (if I get any that is). On a positive note, I finally got back to TOPS again. I hadn't been since October, because of my Mom and my jobs. However, my 1st weigh-in last week, I had only gained 1 pound. I was like "I'll take it". After the holidays and the stress I have been through...gladly take it. My husband will be getting my new treadmill put together, so I WILL BE LOGGING MORE FITNESS MINUTES...I PROMISE. Hopefully, my blood sugars will come down as well as my weight. I am in need of some motivation and encouragement. All will be GREATLY appreciated!!
