I got 2 workouts in... then I got sick :( So I was laid up in bed.
On the nutrition side I didn't track food while I was sick, but I'm certain I didn't overeat... I'm just starting to get my appetite back today.
Water I drank plenty while in bed!
It was a cruddy week in terms of being sick but I do feel rested and I'm happy to be on the mend! So I won't complain too much.
