It is time for me to re-commit. I went crazy over the three day weekend and gained back 1.5 pounds. I'm going to re-commit now, before it gets worse. Back to tracking all my food. Back to doing my exercise. Back to NO chocolate!!! There seems to be a major trigger there. emoticon emoticon

I've logged all my food for today 1482 calories - perfect.

I'm going at lunch for some INSANITY - bring it, Shawn T! I am ready!

Got to catch this thing before it spirals out of control! emoticon

I can do this! I want to be in the 170's by May when I go to Beijing! Totally do-able!

    I am right there with you... I have to get back to what I was doing... March is coming... and I did fabulous last March... So I am hoping for a repeat! Let's do this... WE CAN DO IT!!!!

    Take it one healthy meal, one exercise, one positive day at a time and continually ask yourself if you want to backslide and have to lose that gained weight all over again? Be sure, too, to always keep a picture in mind of how you want to look when you reach your goal weight. emoticon -- Lou
