The battle is On

So its been a month and there have been many changes this year already! Many positive though a couple bad...I have been working full time-average about 72 hrs a week(minimal) to 80 plus. I currently do private duty home health care for one family. The down side is I lost track of my fitness goals...more was NO Exercises! So I was horrified to weigh in at 193 tonight. This was my 2nd day back at the gym however and I plan to move forward once again. Still reaching for my goals for summer and then again Christmas!
