Day 100, Feb 20
Off to a great start! I batched cooked chili and pork chops and baked whole-wheat banana chocolate chip muffins (for handy snacks and to help tame the chocolate monster in me). Took my multivitamin and drank about 100 oz of water. Ran 4.75 miles outside… the first two miles under 9 min! Then DH, DS and I rode our bikes for about an hour. Hadn’t done that in years! DS was so happy to see us ride with him. I’m usually running alongside him. I tracked everything I ate. So of course I was very mindful and got in 4 servings of freggies. The tally? 1,977 calories!! I was surprised!! …well not really. My “range” nowadays is supposed to be 1500-1800 so I was not that far off. What this really means is that on days I have been careless, I must have been well over 2000-2500! Not good at all. No wonder. But not anymore…….Oh, and my DS took my bikini pics. I will post with the 50 day pic.

Day 99, Feb 21
This week’s ST will be brought to me by Jackie Warner. Today I did the 40 minute full body circuit (Power Circuit Training DVD) with 10 lbs weights all the way through. Wowee, my butt and thighs were sweating!! Then DS wanted to ride bikes again…. Only 25 min this time (my butt was still aching from yesterday plus Jackie kicked it too!!). Water intake was well over 9 cups, took my multivitamin, had 5 servings of freggies and ended the day with 1,899 calories consumed. Ahhh, the power of accountability! Tomorrow is a run day….and I'll probably squeeze in an ab workout or yoga.

Buenas noches sparkamigos!
Make this last week of Feb count!
