Maintaining Momentum

Today was a relaxing day; but one that I began with my morning exercise and a healthy breakfast! As today was a holiday, I was off from work which allowed for a later workout; but one that I am committed to no matter what is going on!

I remain focused on making the healthiest food choices even when off from work and on vacation! I know that sometimes it is difficult; but I know when I get off track, I am able to get back to where I need to be which is on track! emoticon

So, as I am sitting and relaxing I know that I have made a decision and committment to living my life in a different way which is healthier!

I will continue to keep up with the exercising as it helps to keep me in a good mood, helps with my weight loss, making healthy food choices and of course drinking water and getting plenty of rest!
