Well I guess it makes a change....... this week the weight has gone up but the body fat down!

-1.5% overall

I think I like this better than the previous couple of weeks when the weight has gone down but the body fat up - however, I really WOULD LIKE to see them both head downwards......... PLEASE!?!?!?

Still doing more exercise than I was before this restart, and my eating on some days is significantly better but not on others, really must work on that consistency - I think if I get my mid-afternoon snacks under control everyday, that would help immensely.......
