Relaxing Sunday for the Challenge

Today is Sunday, which is the day that I take time out for me to rejuvenate for the week ahead!
Today, my exercise was yoga to help me with my flexibility and stress levels! Between my school assignments, work and my DH, I sometimes forget about me!
However, I am learning that in order for me to be the BEST ME, I must take time for me which is why this day is devoted to yoga and walking which is less strenous; but still provides a good workout!
Besides the yoga and walking, enjoyed a healthy meal with lots of vegetables and of course my water!
So, as this challenge continues, I am committed to giving 100%; but taking time to enjoy and embrace ME as well!
