Today is a great day. It is The Hubs and my 1 year wedding anniversary. On year ago today, I was sitting in a limo with some of the greatest people in the world, sipping champagne and toasting my marriage to one of the best men I've ever known. Today, I am batch cooking some meals for the week and working out a menu. I am putting together my workout schedule, doing house work, and just having a great day.

The first morning of being married, I woke up and was sad, wishing I had more to offer my husband. I know he feels differently, but I don't feel like he gets all he deserves from me. I want to be healthy, sexy, wife that can turn heads when on his arm and stop his heart when he looks at me. ;) I want to give him what he deserves and what I long to be....a bombshell wife who has it and does it all! :)


I know I have a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG way to go, but I'm not afraid, because I can totally rock this with support from Spark and my Hubs. This week, I know my schedule is going to be completely crazy....but I will make and stick to 5 goals this week. Here they are:

1. I will not binge eat this week.
2. I will stick to my menu plan this week.
3. I will start each day with a motivational quote.
4. I will drink 64 ounces of water each day-minimum.
5. I will try a new exercise this week.

I am excited, I am scared, I am renewed, I am strong.

This week is going to be the start of the rest of my life.

    Way to go getting prep-ed for the week! And I'm sure your Mr. married you for YOU....and yet, if becoming more healthy is a new part you want to give him...WAY TO GO! One step at a time...you CAN do this, and I wish you well on your journey this year! Have a wonderful week!

    Loved your blog. Sounds like you have your week planned. I know that since I've started planning my meals a week ahead, I don't have any problems with reaching for junk food. I also love sparkpeople. This is the greatest way to keep focused on our goals. Hope you have a great week!
