My 100 days/14 weeks till Memorial Day weekend Challenge

So today Sunday Feb 20 marks 100 days or 14 weeks till Sat May 28 Memorial Day weekend- a very significant date that for some also means the start of summer (i.e. bathing suit season!!!). During those 100 days is also Lent another significant season in which many of us make sacrifices for different reasons.
After my half-marathon on Feb 6, I have only worked out 2-3 times. :-(
I feel it. I haven't weighed myself in weeks-- I am too scared!
I have been LOW on motivation and energy and eating BADLY.....I need a new plan, a new challenge, a re-boot, a re-start NOW. So this is it.
I have planned 100 days of LOTS of strength training and running (6 days a week, 3 ST, 3 running). I am also going to track my meals which I haven't done in FOREVER. It will help controlling my binges and cravings and getting those fruits and veggies in. sometimes I convince myself that because I run I can get away with eating anything-- WRONG. My nutrition is really OFF. Plus it is showing in my thighs and abs-- my abs today are nothing like they were in my Feb 2010 pictures.....Speaking of pictures, I am going to take a picture today (in a bikini) and another at 50 days and at the 100 day mark. I will weigh in weekly- on Fridays. And TRY to blog a 100 day reverse countdown.
So that's my plan. 100 days, 14 weeks to a better, stronger, committed ME.
I've been meaning to add a blog about HM #2....It will be so late but I will eventually get around to it.
