Lazy has to stop......

Well my weigh day today and guess what...I've stayed the same. So I've got off my rump and started to exercise. I've been threatening to do it for weeks now - but having lost weight each week I didn't bother. Today I have done 20 minutes on the wii + and burned 124 cals also started my walk 5k challenge for 20 mins. Stay the same again cos of laziness will way
