My son should be in commericals

If only Noodle and Company had TV ads. Our family went out for dinner at Noodle and Company. I decided to get the Bangkok Curry for our three year old son since it isn't a hot curry, but it did have a lot of spice (flavor) and it had broccoli. I didn't bother adding meat to his bowl. Well that little guy went to town on that noodle bowl, and insisted on trying to eat with his chopsticks. It was half chopsticks and half eating with his hands, but he ate his veggies as well as his noodles. He didn't eat it all, but he made a sizable dent. My husband tried to sneak a taste by attempting to abscond with a mushroom, but the boy stole it back. He looked his daddy right in the eye and ate the mushroom, with a "try to eat it now old man" grim.

I am so proud of my little adventurous eater.

After dinner we ran to the store and I refilled our mango, kiwi and banana supply. We were completely out of all of them. The little boy wanted a mango before bed, but it gives him reflux when he eats fruit before bed so he was denied.

Don't be too impressed. The girl twin picked at her buttered noodles (she may have just not been hungry because she attacked them as the bedtime snack) and the big brother had spaghetti and meatballs.

The minions (from Despicable Me) are to blame for our current banana kick. Usually we cycle through fruit. I am surprised that kiwi (or as baby boy twin says Kay-wee) is still in the rotation.
