5% Winter-1 Challenge Goals

Today is the beginning of the 5% Winter-1 Challenge. On my last 5% challenge I exceeded my goal and lost 6% of my beginning weight, I hope to do as well on this challenge also.
I find the challenges a positive asset to my weight loss journey. It's not necessarily about the competition between the teams, but more about working together as a team, toward two common goals, earning points and losing weight.

My Goals and commitments for the next 8 weeks are:
To exercise a minimum of 10 minutes a day
once I get started I always end up doing more!
my food daily.
To drink 8 glasses of water
To eat 5+ freggies
To make new Spark friends
I joined Sparkpeople to find a thinner and healthier me. I want to be a positive role model for my daughters, not only in the things I do but also in the way I look. I want to shop in regular stores. I want to wear cute clothes, not big clothes. I want to wear boots in the winter and a swimsuit in the summer. I don't want my weight to hold me back, to stop me from enjoying life. Life is to short!
Most of all, I want to prove to myself, I Can Do It!
