Well, I lost 1.4 lbs instead of .2 this week! That feels really good. I hope I can keep a better pace like that than what I was doing before. I was able to exercise a little bit more. I know that is the key, so I will try to keep moving as much as possible!

It's my weekend off and my boyfriend is taking me out somewhere nice tonight for our Valentine's Day. I am excited. Hopefully I can get some homework done this weekend as well. I hope everyone else has a great weekend too!
