Bad week!

I haven't been able to get back on track. Just feeling really overwhelmed with everything.

    Great Honest blog!! I totally understand how you feel. I'm doing great with my exercising, but my portion and food choices is HORRIBLE. I've been trying to get back on track too, so DON'T worry you are not alone!!

    very honest is stressful when you feel overwhelmed...I will be honest with you..ruts suck and its hard to dig yourself out...but that you are acknowledging now that you need to do a great start. Times might be insane right now and you may not be able to control what happens or when it happens to you...but you can control your body...what you do with it...what you feed it...I hate the word diet because to mean it means temporary...I like to think of a lifestyle journey t get healthy...when we deprive ourselves of things we just want them more...I encourage you to balance things...and not to be to hard on yourself. So what... if you stay in pj's for 2 days straight?...just be knowledgeable of the consequences...and know that tomorrow you can be stronger and make better choices :)

    I totally understand. I am separated from my husband and had a cute apartment - all fixed up and adorable. Then he took a job in afghanistan and we moved back to his house that we really hate. It is out in the country, old and everything is in boxes. So I have not been doing well. I miss my apartment. You just need to take one day at a time. I gained 5 pounds like - wham living here. Like you today I actually put on some make-up and walked the mall with my son. It wasn't much but it helped. Try something fun. Do you like to dance? Put on music and dance with your kids. I bought the Zumbra tape for Christmas for the wii and Just Dance and we love it. Mind you I have not done it since moving here. But like you - I feel stuck and frustrated. I will get them out again. You are beautiful and strong. You can do this. Think of house hunting as a positive even though it is very stressful. Go into every house like you are seeing how people decorate or how neat all the houses are. You will get thru this. Even if we start with just putting on our make-up... it helps.     I get what your going through I do the same.. but you have to pick yourself up and just start again. It is ok to screw up we all do it.. Just don't stay in your slump. Get out and exercise.. Do ZUMBA, it is really really fun. Get a video and do it with your friends. I got a belly dancing skirt to wear while doing Zumba and it helps burn more cal. as you shake your booty. It is fun... Your beautiful and strong and you can do it. Just concentrate on your exercising and you will feel better... Go for it!!!

    You can do it! Take it one step at a time, one day at a time. One meal at a time. Acknowledging your negative feelings helps you let them GO! You have done that and are one step closer to get back on track. One meal at a time, one decision at a time. Focus on the journey and changing your lifestyle not just the destination. It is all in your mind! emoticon
