Great at setting goals!!

I am always super great at setting even reasonable goals, but I say yes to so many things; it is difficult for me to do the total commitment. I need to start my training plan for a half marathon in May and I really want to be able to do a 100K bike ride also in May. Only so many training minutes in a day. Especially since I have said yes to so many other things. I have said yes because I have allowed people to become dependent on me to say yes. I need to break this cycle without hurting others. My goal for 2011. Let's see if this one is realistic or not. If I focus on myself, I can give that training a true commitment.
