Some new ideas

Got a few new ideas from the seminar last night on Resistance Training that I am trying to incorporate immediately. Here they are:

1. Warm up 5 mins, strength training, 30 mins cardio
2. Goal 3-4 times per week for weight training
3. Be finished with the workout in one hour
4. Eat mini-meal within 10 minutes of completion of workout
5. Make snack, and all snacks a blend of carbs and protein
6. Switch it up when things slow down
7. Very important! No sugar post dinner time if avoidable

Did good with this tonight. Gonna read some labels to see protein/carb levels to search for the perfect snacks on the go- any ideas?
