Impending doom

So, I agreed to go to a (free) training session at the gym at 5 am today. What a mistake that was. Sure, it was a great workout but I ended up vomiting toward the end. Not sure what triggered that (too much water and not enough food?). I'm also coming down with a cold and feel awful. My throat feels swollen, I'm exhausted (that might have a little to do with my 4:30 wakeup though) and have a slight fever. I hope that I can kick whatever this sickness is in the next few days because I have a trip to San Diego planned. I haven't been there in a couple of years. I'm excited to go back and visit with lots of old friends (I lived there for 8 years) but it won't be very fun or relaxing if I'm sick.

    I hope by now you are feeling much, much better and that your trip to San Diego was full of fun .... refueling the spirit is just as important as eating right. Bummer about the exercise thing. :(

    Oh hun I hope that you feel better soon and that it does not get worse. I am on antibiotics right now and have been sick for 10 days. Not the flu though so that is good. I guess things are just going around right now! Feel better!

    Sounds like you were sick before you started your work out. Your body wasn't up to it. Take it easy the next couple of days so your body can recuperate for your trip!! Feel better.
