Dare I say I'm enjoying working out.....

I have always hated exercise... since high school, I was the girl who was walking during the "mile run" I always made sure I was WAAAYYY off in left field (no way a ball was going that far, I could just stand there till we switched sides! I started off this year with the mindset that I was finally going to lose this weight, and I knew that I would need to eat less and exercise more (I guess any exercise is more that NO exercise at all.) What a difference a month and a half make... I am actually looking forward to my workouts, I feel so much better after them, so energized, and I 've been sleeping better at night too. I guess they were right about that whole exercise is good for you.
I'm alternating between Cardio and weights, I try to do cardio every day for at least 1/2 hour, and I work out with weights 3 days a week.
I do the Wii free step 3X a week, my husband just made me a new riser for the balance board (It's probably about 4" off the floor now, but boy does that make a difference) On Monday when I did it I thought I was going to die after 1/2 hour... but today, I managed to add in an extra 10 minutes... I felt so good like I really accomplished something for ME! I'm so glad that I've finally got my head on right and am losing weight and getting in shape, it's been way too long, I need this First off for ME and Second for my family. I can't wait for this weeks weigh in (Saturday) I really think all my hard work will pay off.
