Biggest Loser - Downsized Results

A week ago I decided to try out the life of a BL contestant for a week, on a smaller scale. I was going to consume 500 less calories a day and burn 500 more calories to hopefully end up losing 2 pounds. Well, I did it. Two pounds exactly!
Would I do this experiment again? Probably not to the degree I did. Seven days straight of exercising was a bit much, however the food consumption I could handle. I think I will give myself a little more leeway with the exercising...maybe burn a total of 2,000ish and definitely give myself a day off! And the food I will continue with, however I did miss my pop so I will allow myself that luxury.
All in all, it was a good experience and I totally have a higher appreciation for what those contestants go through!
