Catching up on Biggest Loser

I managed to watch Biggest Loser without eating either ice cream or fried chicken. Instead I am drinking ice water and sitting with an ice pack between my shoulder blades.
Seriously, Jillian, what kind of trainer cannot train someone without a fully equipped gym? I mean I like my treadmill in the winter, but one it stops being Antarctica outside, I am going back outside for my walking/running. This is just one of the myriad things that annoy me about Biggest Loser.
While Biggest Loser is playing, I am figuring out how to squeeze more protein into my breakfast. One of my pregnancies put me off the texture of omelets in the morning. I can eat them fine for dinner but it cannot be the first thing I eat. So eggs are mostly limited to over easy and poached for breakfast, and poached eggs are a little complicated for breakfast. Brunch, yes; breakfast, no. I am eyeballing smoothies with added whey powder as my quick fix. Oatmeal with apples and almond butter is filling but still light on the protein. So I need to dig through the pantry before bed and make sure I can find a canister of whey powder to be proactively ready for the morning.
Confession, I did not have a vegetarian day on Monday because it was Valentine's Day. I am having it tomorrow.
