Good Day Sparkfam! Its a beautiful day here in Chicago & its wonderful day after Valentine's Day. We had a good night & we stayed in had a dinner of chicken marsalas, baked bbq chicken breast, baked salmon & broccoli. We had chocolate cake for dessert but everyone else was too full.

My question today is do you have beauty in you? We can search online, shop at the antique stores & the world over but if we don't possess beauty within us then how can we know beauty when we see it? Just sayin. . . .

The last week we have been doing rehab at work meaning, priming , painting & cleaning up. Tomorrow will be laying carpet squares. I'm learning quite a bite more than what I wanted to. I am not a big worker when it comes to brawn, I like to use my brain more. . . .lol Oh so long story short my workouts have been really sufferings cause Im sore just like I worked out. How can I minimize soreness from my doing odd jobs at work then come home & do a workout at home. I have got to find more time. . . .

    Your valentines day dinner sounds emoticon we stayed in as well and I cooked Ravioli , salad and Italian bread. It was nice to stay home for a change and just relax. Sounds like you are doing a lot at work Dee! at least you are burning up calories while doing that and you are learning something different. It may come in handy if you ever want to paint at home!     Soak! in some Hot Water. If you can. lol That's the workout. It's listed also. You burning a whole bunch of calories too. Keep learning so you can teach someone else. lol God Bless You and You can do anything!!!

    You're still getting a workout hard physical labor still burns those calories just like you were running or walking, its just another kind of workout. You are doing so great.

    Dee I have that problem too. At my job we have to pick up those heavy relay bags of mail. I just be too tired to workout sometimes. When I do I don't have that drive I used too. But, I am gonna try again tomorrow to have a good workout. But don't feel bad we all go though the same things. But, you're right we just have to find the time. Hang in there Dee once the weather get better we will be more successful. It's gonna be 60 Thursday Dee enjoy!! emoticon

    Hey Dee!
    ...I can relate...our church has had many needs last week, and they are following me into this week as well....I am so sore from a lot of physical labor...LOL! ...coming and going...but I LOVE It!! I'd rather be working for the Lord, and in my home attending to my family's needs than anything else. emoticon I am honored when they call me up for something else.
    ....I have tried to stick to my fitness routines and have so far....I am headed tonight to do my upper body weight lifting....we'll see. ( it is important to listen to my body....I have found out the hard way not over do.)
