Survived Valentine's. What's next?!?

Tuesday, February 15, 2011

Well, I survived Valentine's. I did eat a piece of cake and some AMAZING caramel and chocolate covered pretzel rods. But, I am now back on track - until next time. emoticon "Next time" will probably be my birthday coming up in a couple of weeks. I don't have any plans yet, but historically it has included a piece of cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory. Try to fit a 800 calorie piece of cheesecake in your daily totals! emoticon We'll see.

Doing great on the exercise front. Exercising 5-6 days per week. Yoga on Mondays, Insanity on Tues, Wed, Thurs, Insanity Cardio Recovery on Friday, and I usually sneak in one elliptical workout on the weekends. emoticon

I'm ready for it to start showing on the scale! I'm stuck at 7 pounds lost this year. But I have been getting compliments, so things must be rearranging themselves. emoticon emoticon

Enjoy a small sliver of the cheesecake and either share the rest with others with you or ask them to take it home. If you end up with the leftover, enjoy a bite here and there over the next few days and add it to your tracker. Just because it's a special day does not mean we have to overindulge. Be strong and stay determined. -- Lou
