Happy Valentine's Day!

So, there's that.

I don't see a difference between last month and this month, and I'm not ready to subject all of you to my half-undressed body again, lol.

I had a lovely Valentine's day, and I'm taking Ryan out for dinner next weekend to celebrate yay! We're going to Trader Vic's and having awesome food and drinks.

I ran 5 miles tonight and it felt great. This is my new routine until I get adjusted to it as well, lol. The 5K wasn't really challenging me anymore, even when I pushed it to under 30 minutes. So, yeah, 5 miles in 49:20, and I'm pretty happy with that! I also did an hour of yoga, and 10 minutes each of warm up and cool down today, so I'm going to be a little sore tomorrow probably. emoticon

I think I'm going to head to bed now, for well-deserved rest!
