As part of this program, to the best of my ability I will
1. I will stay within my 1200-1500 calorie range.
2. I will log everything I eat.
4. I will drink at least 8 cups of water daily.
5. I will do at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week.
6. I will strength train 3 days per week.
7. I will weigh-in every week.
8. I will check in with my team every day by posting messages or blogs.
9. I will put these goals where I can see them everyday.
