I just read this on Spark People. So so right. Today is the first day of the rest of my life. I just rode my bike for the first time in over two years. If riding my bike makes me feel this energized, why don't I do it more often? I am going to look for a group of ladies who are willing and dedicated to walking 3 days a week at least two miles. It's much more fun when you have buddies to walk with. ANybody up for hiking. My hubby and I found a short hike (30 minutes up the hill and about 20 minutes down) at Thunderbird Conservation Park north of 101 on 59th ave. I am going there next Sunday about 10 am. Any takers?
