....good food. Eat this, not that! Don't we all just get tired of hearing all this conflicting information. I know I do. You know what? It all gets so down right frustrating when first you hear calcium is good then bad. Carbs good then bad. Fat good, bad.aaaaah!
By the time I'm done reading these articles I am about to pull my hair. I don't know about you but I don't have the time to think so much about what's going into my mouth on a daily basis. I have too much going on to even think about it.
This past year I have learned there is no such thing as a bad food or a good food. Sure there may be a certain food that has more nutrients or may keep you fuller longer. But I have learned not to label either. Yes you can have your Cafe Mocha (must have for me), your pizza, your chips as long as they fit into your plan. Granted I don't eat these things everyday but if I know I want something I will have it.
It all comes down to calories in/calories out. That's it. Keep it simple.
