I'm actually really nervous about stepping on to the scales tomorrow morning. After last weeks disappointment, and the realisation that we only have 16 more weigh ins before D-Day, I really want to see a loss! I managed to stay within my calorie range 5/7 days, reached my exercise goals and drank tons of water - logically I should lose weight but you just never know until you jump on the scales! My sister and I weighed ourselves at the gym after our 1 hr workout and after consuming .6L of water and I weighed 84.9 which means a loss of .4 and that was early on in the week. Lets hope I will see a deficit on the scales this week!
