Well I weighed in this AM and only lost 1LB this week. I'm so bummed, I really worked hard this week, I upped my workouts an extra 10 minutes a day and added some weight training too. I was really hoping for a "Biggest Loser" moment on the scale this morning.... Oh Well! I am determined not to let this get to me, in the past I would have felt so bad about this that I would have thrown in the towel and ate whatever I darn well felt like, (Oh did I mention we've had a triple chocolate cake sitting in my house for a week now! I only had 1/2 of a piece to try it...and still only 1 LB) I'm not bitter..... Much.
So this week I'm just going to keep doing what I've been doing and hope the scale catches up with my mind. Maybe next week will be my "Biggest Loser" moment! Breathe in, breathe out.... don't let the numbers on the scale get to you.
