Slowly but surely...

This week I did not make my goal of losing 1lb (again) and lost only .2lb like last week. But I am just glad I'm making a little bit of progress. I know it will happen more quickly when I get ahead in this schoolwork a little bit and have more time to exercise. I am still struggling with that. I have been really stressed about schoolwork the past week or so, so I have been focusing almost entirely on homework instead of exercise (or anything else for that matter!). I doing alright with drinking my 8 glasses of water and I am tracking my nutrition daily, unless for some reason I don't have access to a computer for the day. Overall, I 'd say I'm doing well. I know I can reach my goals...it's just going to take a little extra effort of my part!

    I find that if I can stay on top of my stress level, everything else seems to go much better. It's not easy going to school and the fact that you are making great strides while managing your studies is a big accomplishment. Eventually the scale is going to be alignment as well! Hang in there!!
