Enjoying my workouts at the gym

After reading alot of blogs from fellow team mates about the benefits of strength training I finally joined a gym. I had been a member of a gym several years ago but did not enjoy going there. People would tie up the machines sitting and talking to friends and there was no personalized help for you if you needed it. We had a Planet Fitness that came to town couple of years ago and several people I know are members. They said how much they liked it and I finally decided to go check it out, I am now a member. I really like the place, upbeat for a workout and there is usually a trainer there all the time. I have had my second meeting with the trainer and next week we go over upper body workouts. I have been going in Mon, Wed and Fri so far and trying to mix up my workouts. I really like the 30 min circuit, nice change of pace. Will sit with trainer and get a routine worked out for me for a good full body workout and will change it up so I and my body don't get bored. I try to keep my workouts any where from an hour to an hour and a half. Having fun so far.
