Starting a new 5% challenge next week. So I thought I would write down my goals to help me keep track of everything.
I will eat my daily servings of fruits and veggies before I eat any junk food.
I will lose 1 pound a week if not more.
I will exercise for at least a half hour every day.
I will get up early and make my breakfast and lunch every day.
I will take 15 minutes for myself everyday.
My goal for the end of the 8 weeks is to be 10 pounds lighter. Starting today!
