BL - Downsized Day 1

Day #1 Wednesday

Total calories burned on elliptical HRM=732
Total calories consumed=1,382 (Range 1,354-1,410)
No soda consumed

So far, so good. Yesterday was a good day. I even got to have a dessert of baked apples with brown sugar sprnkled on top...yummy!

Today my body is very sore though. I can't even imagine what the BL contestants go through at the beginning since I have been working out and I still feel like jell-o with only a 732 calorie burn. I totally feel for them!

The hardest part for me I think will be not weighing. I really feel like I am accomplishing something good here and I want to see the results of my effort. But, they only weigh once a week so I will only weigh once.

Day 2 is off to a great start. I already got my burn in...but you will have to wait until tomorrow to see those results!

    I was only on it for 45 minutes. My elliptical told me I had burned 500ish but I wore my HRM and I know it gives me a better result as it has all my information in it.

    Hey girl! Be careful that your net calories don't stay too low!! Your body will start to "conserve" your fat and you will actually see the opposite effect than what you want. But great job on getting that burn in!!!
