Stomach flu and one sick puppy (literally) emoticon

Up and down last night and this night. Nightmares when I sleep and my friend, the bathroom when I am awake.

BUT there is still progress.

Am eating healthily so far. Taking medication. Trying to sleep more, despite nightmares.
I don't feel up to going out, but I want to get to the gym when I have made peace with the Porcelin God. Shredded 1 tall kitchen bag's worth and dumped a bunch of email.

One of my closest friends had a friend who is jobless with kids. I donated 90% of the food in the freezer sections of two refridgerators - then took care of my icy hands. Went to dinner because I didn't feel like cooking. I even stuck with a salad with shrimp and a few scallops. Paying for it now.

Cleaned up after Trixie, my perimeter dog, who is also having problems from all orafices. Mopped the floor Trixie had made donations to. Fell asleep watching TV - more nightmares.

My body doesn't feel so hot still, but my self-esteem is up a bit because I did everything I could.

After huddling with the two teams I am most active in, I plan to sleep. Please, God, let me get better quickly. My sweetie has a stress test tomorrow and is worried. I want to give what Geri needs.

I'll try sleep again. Counting all I did instead of sheep. Please, God, 4 hours this time.
