I prayed for the world today, after I broke out in tears, after watching the news. Don't know if I cried because I was sad or mad, or both. Its hard just trying to keep ones own life straight, money, health, family, etc. Trying not to over eat, how crazy is that when other peoples around the world may not have anything to eat at all. I just can not turn the world off, I wish I could. I wish the peoples in the Middle East could just live in peace and be happy. People must learn peace comes with responsibly!!!! First a person must govern them self as a peaceable soul, respect all life. If you are a person of faith, Jehovah Gods law comes first, all good things follow when Gods laws become a way of life. God does not allow HATE, KILLING, STEALING or taking another mans FREEDOM!!!! If you call yourself a person of Faith and follow God, the first 5 books of the Hebrew Scriptures give the laws for all men!!!!!!!!!!Gods( will )first!!!!! God help the world, because his will, will be done!! Man can not rule man, only God can rule man, and I believe he will not hold his anger for long. God help us all!!! Forgive me for being blunt folks, I mean will! I am just scared for the world. emoticon emoticon

God is in charge. Turn over your fears to him. He will lift the burden from your heart.

Look for the joy in life. Even though times are hard everywhere, there is also joy. Try to focus on more the good things. There are so many beautiful things in our world. So many good people. I would strongly consider deep breathing to help you unwind. Be well my friend, Victoria

I agree with Chibikarate - just keep praying. The world needs our prayers and our commitment to peace, equality and freedom.
