two steps back

Trying hard to be positive but I posted a gain this week. My goal for BLC 15 was to maintain or lose each week. I know that four days in the hospital is the best excuse ever, and that up until last Friday, I was doing everything right, I'm just disappointed that I keep getting broadsided by life.
So now I'm back to square one...no exercise for another week and then slowly, slowly rebuild. harumph
