Well i weighted in at 223.6 down from 225. We are going to have a bon fire in a month or so depends on if we r under burn ban or not. I want to be good looking for this atleast better than I do now. So as of tomorrow (if kids r back in school that is) plan on doing a redo of my kitchen. Need to really take out junk food of this house. Told the kids to eat what they want cause tomorrow when they get home from school it wont be there, except daxus' frozen pizza's and food (only thing we can get him to eat at times) mainly getting all the cookies,chips hidden candy. My biggest step taking is getting Diet Dr choice instead of regular dr pepper. Its still not the best choice but baby steps. Its hard to do all healthy with kids even more so when you have a special needs child who gags at the site of most things.
I have a bad ingrown toenail so having to watch how i exercise some of my friends suggest just lifting weights and dont do cardio until toe is healed I dont want to get muscles as so much as get rid of the "grandma bat flaps" as a guy friend used to call them in high school never have had nice arms would love to be able to wear sleeveless shirts without someone making a comment. Just not forsure how to accomplish this mainly bottom part of arm is where its bad. The snow is making me crazy with kids home from school cant get any exercise done without someone fighting or something come crashing down and i have stop to fix it or clean it. As im typeing my son dax whom has autism has moved his twin mattress and has put it on my bed and has every cover, every towel , coat and whatever else he can find on top of the bed. Anyway i gotta get up and do something or im going to go even more insane!!!!
